And, in today’s complex environment, where relationships are more multi-lateral, departments are more connected and daily work pressure more intense, there is an increasing need to have the right capacity building for those who will be in charge of a group of staff. The contemporary supervisor needs proper guidance, adequate training and adequate personal, management, leadership and soft skills to meet up with the new challenges.

Course Format: Face-to-face lectures with LCD Presentation, Individual exercises, case-study discussions, Mauritian case-in-practice, Personality development exercises.
