The Stores and Warehouse function of an average company represents from between 25% to 40% of its invested capital. To effectively manage inventory is a challenge that requires balancing the conflicting objectives of inventory management. We provide a review of methods and techniques that will help your organisation optimize its costs and its level of service.
 
Target audience:
Officers, Supervisors, Controllers and Functional Managers in the areas of Inventory (stores and warehouse), purchasing, planning and production. It is applicable to those, with a minimum qualification of SC, looking for a start or the enhancement of their career in stores and warehousing.
